Flintco was founded in 1908 in Tulsa, OK, and maintains eight full-service offices in Albuquerque, NM; Austin, TX; Denver, CO.; Houston, TX; Memphis, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Springdale, AR; and Tulsa, OK. The company is registered or licensed in 37 states, and offers a full range of construction services, including: preconstruction, construction management, design-build, project and program management with the capability to self-perform construction inclusive of concrete, miscellaneous steel and excavations for foundations. In January 2013, Flintco, LLC was acquired by the Alberici Corporation, a diversified construction company founded in 1918. Both companies are debt-free, maintaining healthy balance sheets with exceptional bonding capacity. Flintco looks for continuous improvement in both safety, and productivity. Our safety performance remains among the best in the nation, and is now even stronger with the recent adoption of an enterprise safety initiative called Flintco 4 LIFE “Live Incident Free Everyday.” Flintco applies Lean principles and practices to our projects, which are improving historically low labor productivity rates associated with the construction industry.
