Lean Pull Planning Simulation
Join the Greater Des Moines Lean Construction Institute Community of Practice for an interactive Pull Planning Simulation designed to bring Lean planning principles to life.
Rather than sitting through a presentation, participants will work together through a hands-on simulation that demonstrates how pull planning can improve collaboration, workflow, communication, and reliability on a project. You’ll experience the difference between traditional planning approaches and a collaborative pull planning process while learning techniques you can take back to your own teams.
Whether you're new to Lean Construction or already using the Last Planner System®, this session is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from others in the local construction community, and see pull planning in action.
After the simulation, stick around for refreshments and networking with fellow members of the Greater Des Moines construction community. It’s a great opportunity to continue the conversation, share experiences, and build connections with others interested in improving the way we plan and deliver projects.
